Shipping terms are defined by each seller. Some sellers include shipping, while others may allow buyer-arranged freight or pickup.

Sellers on the platform undergo a comprehensive verification process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), which requires both form submission and manual administrative review before they are permitted to list items or receive payouts.

Payment is secured through an escrow system where funds are held by the platform (BASI) until the buyer confirms the delivery of the goods. This process ensures the protection of the buyer's funds until they have received the inventory.

Yes, you can buy individual items, as well as bundled lots or mixed cartons.

If the goods received do not match the description, the buyer has the ability to report an issue (file a dispute), which triggers a system process to secure the payment and involve an Admin for resolution. This dispute process is specifically available to the buyer for only seven days post-delivery.
